Introducing 'Hola' featuring Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji

Emerald Arts are proud to announce the launch of our new and exclusive online gallery. We're a UK based boutique art studio on a mission to revitalise Asian homes through museum-grade modern Asian art.

We're proudly launching with just a handful of limited-edition collector's items, including this beautiful 'Hola Mohalla' inspired rendition of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the 10th Guru of the Sikhs.

About Hola

Inspired by the Sikh festival of Hola Mohalla, 'Hola' depicts the 10th Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, embellished with a slew of colour.

The Hola Mohalla Festival, also known as Hola, was introduced by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji as a time and place for Sikhs to practice military exercises.

The festive nature and colours associated with Hola Mohalla are due to the fact that the event often falls on the same day as the Hindu festival of Holi.
